Seriously? I have never contacted them and have used their product (with continual errors) for years now.
To top it off, you can't even contact support unless you're willing to Pay. Then when it finally does, I get Constant "Windows Explorer has stopped working." There's no point in even having Win 7 on here as it's useless running Parallels. My machine barely even runs when I go into coherence mode. I Cannot even use Parallels! I'm running Mac OSX 10.6.8 and then Win 7 Ultimate. I have also upgraded Parallels several times now as each upgrade is supposed to be A LOT faster with enhanced features, etc. I have upgraded my MBP to 4GB Ram and a 500GB HD. I have had Parallels since I first got my MBP in 08'.
